From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially when serving my elderly parents, providing them with exceptional care and attention. The heating and air conditioning in the room were perfect, allowing us to adjust the temperature to our liking, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. The rooftop terrace was a standout feature, offering breathtaking views of the sunset, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the charming old town. The complimentary toiletries provided added a touch of luxury, complementing the already impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, with parquet floors adding a touch of elegance.
